Two-stage treatment of skeletal Class II malocclusion: case report

چکیده

Objective: class II malocclusion is one of the most frequent problems in orthodontics and characterized by maxillary prognathism, mandibular retrognathism, or both. The aim this study to report case a patient with Angle Class I Skeletal growth phase treated two phases AEB orthodontic mini-implant. Case report: female patient, 9 years old, reported an accentuated projection anterior teeth. She had habit interposing lower lip, dolichofacial pattern, molars, great upper incisors. In first was used AEB, second interradicular mini screw sliding jig finalize correction on left side. Conclusion: it’s evident benefits orthopedic/functional overbite success proposed treatment through stability after 4 management.
